- NileChic ships to all 6 GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar) and Egypt. We are expanding to more regions soon.
- How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. Next-day delivery is available in select cities. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
- Is packaging discreet?
- Yes. All NileChic orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No one will know the contents except you. Your privacy is our priority.
- Do you offer cash on delivery?
- Yes. NileChic offers cash on delivery (COD) for all orders. Pay only when your package arrives. No upfront payment or credit card required.
- What is your free shipping policy?
- Free shipping is available on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee applies. Cash on delivery has no additional fees.
